Are you the next CDO Of The Year?

Or do you know a digital leader who deserves this recognition?

Every year, CDO Of The Year highlights two outstanding digital leaders who have successfully driven impactful digital transformation within their organisation.

We are not simply rewarding a successful IT project.
We are looking for visionaries and business transformers: leaders who convinced their board, aligned teams and partners, and delivered measurable business impact through digital innovation.

What we are looking for

  • A clear digital vision and strategy
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management
  • Proven business impact and transformation results
  • Successful collaboration with teams and partners
  • A meaningful contribution to the Belgian digital ecosystem
Candidates must have been active in their current organisation for at least 12 months, and the transformation results must already be tangible and measurable. Each year, two laureates are selected:
  • one Dutch-speaking leader
  • one French-speaking leader

Important dates

Application deadline: September 1

  • Finalist jury presentations: September 22
  • Final candidates will be invited to present their transformation journey in front of the jury.

As a laureate, you will join an exclusive community of Belgian digital leaders and become a lifetime ambassador of the CDO Of The Year network.
